$15/hour – $30,000

$20/hour – $40,000

$25/hour – $50,000

$30/hour – $60,000

$40/hour – $80,000

$50/hour – $100,000

$60/hour – $120,000

$75/hour – $175,000

$90/hour – $180,000

$100/hour – $200,000
